(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
teaspoon dried minced onion
can (15 ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
teaspoons taco seasoning
teaspoon curry powder
cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
Sour cream and additional salsa
In a large skillet, cook turkey according to package directions. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Stir in onion, beans, salsa, taco seasoning, and curry powder. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture is heated through. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
Spoon into taco shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; top with lettuce. Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
