
White Wine Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup chopped yellow onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1½ cups turkey or chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage leaves
- salt and pepper, if desired
Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for seven to nine minutes or until translucent.
- Whisk in flour and cook for one minute. Add wine and cook for two minutes, whisking constantly. Add broth, thyme and sage. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for two to three minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
