cups cubed seedless watermelon
pounds cubed heirloom tomatoes
tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
tablespoons red wine vinegar
tablespoon chopped dill
tablespoon chopped basil
tablespoon chopped mint
cups fresh arugula leaves
cup crumbled feta cheese
cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
In large bowl, combine watermelon and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt. In small bowl, add oil, red wine vinegar, dill, basil and mint.
Add arugula; toss to blend.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and toasted almonds.
