(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
cups sliced mushrooms
teaspoons minced garlic
carrots, peeled and sliced
tablespoons less-sodium soy sauce
(8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
green onions, cut diagonally into 0.5-inch slices
cup low-sodium chicken broth
cups hot cooked white rice
cup chow mein noodles, if desired
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add mushrooms, garlic and carrots; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add water chestnuts and green onions.
Combine broth and cornstarch, mixing until smooth.
Add to skillet; simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over rice; top with chow mein noodles, if desired.
