(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
cup chopped onion
large zucchini, chopped
tablespoon chili powder
teaspoon Italian seasoning
cloves garlic, minced
(14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
(14.5-ounce) canned tomato sauce
hamburger buns, split
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add onion, carrots, zucchini, chili powder, seasoning, paprika and garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until onions are softened.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Simmer, 15 minutes or until mixture is thickened stirring occasionally.
Serve on buns.
