Whip up this quick and tasty snack when you need a protein pick-me-up. Sun-dried tomatoes with chives, parsley and cream cheese wrapped in lean deli turkey. Yum! Under 300 calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • ½ pound thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Premium Portion Turkey Breast
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 40 small green pimiento-stuffed olives, if desired

Directions

  1. In small bowl, blend together cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, chives and parsley until smooth and spreadable. Lay each slice turkey on flat surface; spread with cream cheese mixture.
  2. Roll up filled slice turkey. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerated until ready to serve.
  3. Secure each rollup with wooden pick; slice between picks at diagonal. Garnish each piece with olives, if desired.
