Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cups cubed JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Turkey Breast Roast, grab-n-go dinner from the service deli
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cashew pieces
  • 6 Boston bibb lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder. In medium bowl, combine turkey breast roast, celery, onions and cashew pieces. Toss until blended.
  2. Pour dressing over turkey mixture and toss to blend. Spoon salad mixture in the center of each lettuce leaf.
