BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend thawing before cooking.
Thaw at least 48 hours in refrigerator OR at least 7-9 hours in cold water.
Change water frequently.
DO NOT thaw at room temperature.
Refrigerate or cook after thawing.

Preheat rotisserie oven to 325°F.
Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces.
Reposition skin over uncovered turkey on thawed pieces for even cooking.
Place breasts skin side up in sprayed rotisserie baskets so the units to not touch.
Cook frozen product for 1 hour and 50 minutes, or thawed product for 1 hour and 25 minutes AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest area of the me
