(3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
tablespoons butter, divided, softened
cups cubed JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
tablespoon chopped onion
teaspoon salt, if desired
teaspoon black pepper
(8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
cup seasoned croutons, crushed
Heat oven to 350°F.
In bowl, combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir until smooth. Add turkey, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix together.
Separate dough into 4 rectangles, sealing perforations. Spoon turkey mixture on one end of rectangle. Fold other end of dough over filling. Seal edges with fork.
Place on baking pan. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
