cups sliced mushrooms
cup dry sherry
(8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
cups chicken or turkey broth
cups cubed JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Oven Roasted, Reduced Sodium Turkey Breast, from the service deli
cup frozen peas
slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped
cups panko breadcrumbs
cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
cup thinly sliced green onions
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease large ovenproof baking dish. Prepare spaghetti according to package ; drain. Set aside.
In large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until softened; stirring occasionally. Stir in sherry and cook until reduced by half.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in broth. Add turkey, peas, bacon, and spaghetti; stir until combined. Spoon into baking dish.
In small bowl combine breadcrumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
