Ingredients

  • 1¾ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw cane sugar or preferred sweetener
  • 6 cups frozen blackberries, divided
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. In blender, mix vanilla almond milk, sweetener and 5 cups blackberries until smooth. Chop remaining blackberries; fold into milk mixture. Stir in mint.
  2. Carefully spoon milk mixture into popsicle molds until full. Freeze overnight.
  3. Tip: Tap molds against counter to remove air bubbles.
