(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
whole wheat flour tortillas
tablespoons fat-free sour cream
cups shredded romaine lettuce
cups chopped tomato
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Cover to keep warm.
Spread 1 tablespoon sour cream evenly over ⅔ of each tortilla. Divide cooked turkey over sour cream. Top tortillas with lettuce, tomato and salsa. Roll up each tortilla.
