(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey Roll
tablespoon canola oil
cup sweet & spicy pepper sauce
tablespoon hoisin sauce
tablespoon soy sauce
cucumber, peeled and chopped
butter lettuce leaves
garnish with carrots strips and sliced green onions, if desired
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté 3 minutes or until beginning to brown. Mix in turkey, sweet and spicy pepper sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and cucumber; heat through.
To make wraps, spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap leaves around filling. Garnish with carrot strips and sliced green onions, if desired.
