Ingredients

  • 2 pounds new potatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes on large rimmed baking sheet. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Creole seasoning and salt. Spread in single layer.
  2. Roast 30 minutes or until tender.
