Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, blanched
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sugar snap peas, peas and green onion in butter 4 to 5 minutes or until heated.
  2. Stir in mint. Season with salt and pepper.
