Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine cantaloupe, grapes and blueberries. Add lime juice, mint and lime peel; toss to blend. Mix in sugar, ginger and honey.
  2. Refrigerate salad 3 hours before serving, stirring occasionally.
