slices of bacon
small yellow onions, halved and thinly sliced
dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Seasoned Turkey Burger Patties
(8-ounce) container cream cheese
jalapeno, finely chopped
burger buns or iceberg lettuce leaves
In large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel lined plate.
In same skillet, cook onions in remaining bacon fat, 8 to 10 minutes, or until caramelized. Season with Worcestershire sauce and salt. Remove onions from skillet.
In same skillet over medium-high heat cook patties 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once, until cooked thoroughly. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and chopped jalapeno.
Serve patties in buns with cream cheese mixture, bacon and onions.
