cup vanilla almond milk
cup raw cane sugar or preferred sweetener
cups frozen blackberries, divided
cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
In blender, mix vanilla almond milk, sweetener and 5 cups blackberries until smooth.
Chop remaining blackberries; fold into milk mixture. Stir in mint.
Carefully spoon milk mixture into ice pop molds until full. Freeze overnight.
