tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
cup fat-free mayonnaise
cups shredded JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Dark Turkey
cup celery, thinly sliced
cup pineapple, chopped
tablespoons light brown sugar
tablespoons lime juice
teaspoon ground ginger
teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
soft taco-size (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
lime wedges, if desired
thyme sprigs, if desired
In medium bowl, combine jerk seasoning, mayonnaise, turkey and celery.
In medium bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, lime juice, ginger and thyme.
Spoon turkey mixture onto each tortilla. Top with pineapple salsa. Fold in half to serve. Serve with lime wedges and thyme, if desired.
