(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
pound thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Premium Portion Turkey Breast
tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
small green pimiento-stuffed olives, if desired
In small bowl, blend together cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, chives and parsley until smooth and spreadable. Lay each slice turkey on flat surface; spread with cream cheese mixture.
Roll up filled slice turkey. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerated until ready to serve.
Secure each rollup with wooden pick; slice between picks at diagonal. Garnish each piece with olives, if desired.
