(13-ounce) package penne pasta
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey
cup diced red onion
cup sliced mushrooms
clove garlic, minced
tablespoon olive oil
(14.5-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
cup fat-free sour cream
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
tablespoons Parmesan cheese
slices Provolone cheese
Heat oven to 350°F.
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil.
Add pasta and cook 12 minutes or until al dente; drain. Return to same pan.
In large skillet, cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measued by a meat thermometer.
Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and olive oil, sauté until vegetables are tender.
Add Alfredo sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
Mist 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Add turkey mixture, sour cream, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese to pasta; stir to combine.
Top with Provolone cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
