large hard cooked eggs, peeled

tablespoons mayonnaise

tablespoon snipped fresh chives

teaspoon Dijon mustard

dashes hot sauce, to taste

strips JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Halve eggs lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks.

Place yolks in bowl. Mash with fork.

Stir in mayonnaise, chives, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

Using a spoon or piping bag fitted with star tip, fill each egg white with egg yolk mixture.

Arrange on platter. Garnish with turkey bacon.
