tablespoons lemon-poppy-seed dressing
cup cooked quinoa
strips cooked JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, chopped
cup chopped fresh spinach
cup sliced strawberries
tablespoons chopped roasted almonds
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.).
Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. For crispier bacon; Lightly spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray before heating bacon. Always cook to well-done. Set aside.
In pint jar, add dressing.
Layer quinoa, turkey bacon, spinach, strawberries and almonds.
Secure jar top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
