cup grated Parmesan cheese
teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
(20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
cups hot cooked fettuccine
cups marinara sauced, warmed
Heat oven to 425°F. Arrange wire rack on large baking sheet; mist rack with cooking spray.
In shallow dish, place milk. In another shallow dish, combine cornflake crumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning. Dip turkey in milk. Roll turkey in crumb mixture. Arrange turkey on rack; mist turkey with cooking spray.
Bake 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Serve with fettuccini and warm marinara sauce.
