(20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
teaspoon seasoned salt
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
crostini bread slices
cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
tablespoon country-Dijon mustard
cup blue cheese crumbles
fresh marjoram leaves, if desired
Season turkey with seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place tenderloins in hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Add ⅓ cup liquid. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, 35 to 40 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Let stand 15 minutes and slice into about 15 ¼-inch slices.
In small bowl, stir together cranberry sauce and mustard.
Place 1 tenderloin slice on each crostini bread slice and top with cranberry mixture and blue cheese crumbles.
Garnish with fresh marjoram leaves, if desired.
