(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
cup chopped onion
cup panko breadcrumbs
cup grated parmesan cheese
egg, plus 1 egg yolk
cloves garlic, minced
teaspoons kosher salt
cups pasta sauce
In large bowl, combine turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, egg yolk, garlic, milk, salt, oregano and pepper. Shape mixture into 16 balls.
Spray bottom of multi-cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in pasta sauce. Place meatballs in sauce.
Secure lid; set pressure valve to SEALING. Select MANUAL; cook on high pressure 7 minutes. Select CANCEL. Keep pressure valve in SEALING position to release pressure naturally 5 minutes. Set pressure valve to VENTING to release pressure. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Serve meatballs and sauce with pasta or rice, if desired.
