(1.10-pound) package JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Cutlets
jalapeño peppers, sliced
CREAMY TACO SAUCE
(8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
teaspoons taco seasoning
tablespoons lime juice
(16-ounce) can refried beans, warmed
Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Cook turkey cutlets on greased grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Always cook until well done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Cook jalapeño slices 2 minutes each side or until softened and grill marks appear.
To make creamy taco sauce, in medium skillet over medium heat, melt cheese. Add seasoning and lime juice. Stir until sauce is smooth and hot.
Serve turkey drizzled with sauce. Sprinkle jalapeños over sauce. Serve beans on side.
