CREAMY TACO SAUCE

Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Cook turkey cutlets on greased grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Always cook until well done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Cook jalapeno slices 2 minutes each side or until softened and grill marks appear.

To make creamy taco sauce, in medium skillet over medium heat, melt cheese. Add seasoning and lime juice. Stir until sauce is smooth and hot.

Serve turkey drizzled with sauce. Sprinkle jalapenos over sauce. Serve beans on side.
