(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Seasoned Turkey Burger Patties
cup shredded Napa cabbage
cup shredded carrot
cup thinly sliced celery
cup sliced red onion
cup rice vinegar
tablespoons canola oil
salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired
small baguettes, split and toasted
cup turkey gravy, heated
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Place burger patties in hot skillet. Cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
In medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, celery, onion, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, if desired.
Place turkey patties on each baguette. Top with cabbage mixture. Serve with gravy, if desired.
