(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
kale, stemmed and finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine turkey, kale, broth, cumin, parsley, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
Divide mixture into 8 meatballs.
In large oven proof skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Brown meatballs 2 minutes per side.
Transfer to oven. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Set at 350 degrees and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
