(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
teaspoons Italian seasoning
cup egg substitute or 1 egg
cup fine dry Italian breadcrumbs
teaspoon Kosher salt
teaspoon oregano leaves
(24-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
medium submarine rolls, split
cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
Heat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl, combine turkey, Italian seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, oregano and garlic. Mix well. Form into 20 1-ounce meatballs.
Mist baking sheet with cooking spray. Evenly place meatballs on baking sheet.
Bake until well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In small kettle, heat spaghetti sauce. Remove meatballs from oven. Add warmed spaghetti sauce to each roll and add meatballs. Top with cheese and roll top.
