(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
cup grated carrots
tablespoons grated ginger
tablespoons coconut flour
tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce
teaspoon salt, if desired
cup SKIPPY® peanut butter
cup lime juice
cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
teaspoons grated ginger
teaspoon red pepper flakes, if desired
sesame seeds, if desired
Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, mix turkey, carrots, egg, ginger, coconut flour, coconut aminos and salt, if desired. Roll into balls
Bake 20 minutes or to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In small bowl, mix peanut butter, lime juice, honey, coconut aminos, ginger, red pepper flakes, if desired and water.
Thread meatballs onto skewers and coat with peanut sauce or serve on top. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
