This hearty mix of veggies, loaded mashed potatoes and oven roasted turkey breast is the ultimate turkey casserole comfort food! It’s prepared with JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Turkey Breast for a tasty spin on shepherd’s pie that doesn’t take a lot of work.

(2 to 2 0.5-pound) package JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Boneless Turkey Breast
0.5 cups frozen vegetable mix, thawed
(20-ounce) tub HORMELl® Loaded Mashed Potatoes, heated according to package directions
cup shredded Swiss cheese
Add one cup water to the bottom of slow cooker. Place turkey breast in the slow cooker. Cut three ½-inch slits in the top of the cooking bag. Cook for approximately 4 hours with the slow cooker on HIGH setting.
Chop turkey. Place in large bowl. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Heat gravy from turkey package according to package directions. Add to turkey. Add vegetable mix.
Spoon into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread mashed potatoes over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
