medium zucchinis, cut in half lengthwise
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Italian Style Turkey Sausage
garlic cloves, minced
cups marinara sauce
cups chopped fresh basil leaves
cups hredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 400°F.
Using a spoon, scoop out center of zucchini, leaving 1/4-inch border. Place in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and garlic to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 10-12 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Stir in marinara sauce and basil leaves. Cook 5 minutes. Spoon turkey mixture over zucchini and top with cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
