In large wok or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger and cook 2 minutes.

Add ground turkey and cook 7 to 9 minutes or until cooked through. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Stir in cauliflower, ginger soy sauce, green onion, bell pepper, carrots and peas, cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with peanuts, if desired.
