Pomegranate-Apple Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, unpeeled and finely chopped
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. Add cranberries, mint and sugar to food processor. Pulse three to five times or until finely chopped. Transfer to medium bowl.
  2. Stir in apple and pomegranate seeds; cover and chill 1 hour or up to overnight.
