Hawaiian Turkey Hot Dogs

Get more creative with your turkey dogs by adding more zip than the usual mustard and ketchup defaults. This topping is a mixture of pineapple, jalapeño, honey, onion that just might change the way you do hotdogs forever.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 8 JENNIE-O® Turkey Franks
  • 8 hot dog buns

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, honey and salt; set aside.
  2. Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill turkey franks 4 to 5 minutes or until slightly charred and heated through. Place turkey franks into buns. Top with pineapple mixture.
