
Caramel Apple Mimosa

This Caramel Apple Mimosa is a fun and unique treat that’s great for falling leaves and falling temperatures! And creating one for your next brunch or cocktail hour couldn’t be simpler. Combine cider, caramel vodka and champagne, along with a few spices. After dipping the glass rims into caramel sauce, you’re ready to go!



Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup jarred caramel sauce
- 1 cup apple cider, chilled
- 1 cup caramel or plain vodka, chilled
- 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- apple slices, for garnish
Directions

Combine sugar and cinnamon in shallow dish and set aside. Pour caramel sauce onto small plate or dish.

Dip rim of glasses in caramel sauce and into sugar mixture.

In large pitcher, combine apple cider, vodka and champagne. Pour mixture into prepared glasses and garnish with apple slices.
