pound small carrots, cut in half lengthwise
teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
teaspoon garlic salt
tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Heat oven to 400°F. In baking dish, combine carrots, butter, rosemary and garlic salt; stir to mix.
Roast 45 minutes. Drizzle carrots with honey; toss to coat. Roast 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and glazed.
