Ingredients

  • 8 JENNIE-O® Uncured Turkey Breast Franks
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
  • 1 ripened avocado
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 8 hot dog buns or hoagie buns, toasted or warmed

Directions

  1. Grill turkey franks until heated through.
  2. In large cast-iron skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bell peppers and onion until lightly charred and crisp tender. Stir in fajita seasoning and cook 1 minute more.
  3. In small bowl, mash avocado with a fork, stir in sour cream, cilantro and lime juice.
  4. Place franks in buns, top with bell pepper mixture. Dollop with avocado mixture.
