(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast - Raised without Antibiotics
tablespoons olive oil, divided
cup finely chopped onion
cloves garlic, minced
teaspoons ground chili powder
teaspoon ground cumin
teaspoon kosher salt
(14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add 1 tablespoon oil, onion and garlic cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until softened.
Add chili powder, cumin, salt and drained tomatoes; stir.
Remove from skillet and set aside. Wipe skillet clean.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
Whisk in flour until smooth and cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and gradually stir in cheese, stirring until smooth.
Stir in reserved turkey mixture until thoroughly combined. Serve with chips, if desired.
