Add a turkey twist to your breakfast routine with these Muffin Tin Turkey Breakfast Cups. These cups pack your favorite breakfast flavors into grab-and-go muffins that are perfect for busy weekday mornings. Plus, you can make them ahead of time, so they're ready when you are!



Ingredients
- 6 ounces JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Sausage
- 4 large eggs or 1 cup egg substitute
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup tricolor bell peppers, diced
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
- In bowl, whisk eggs. Add milk, sausage, cheese and peppers.
- Spray 2½-inch muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Portion egg mixture into each muffin tin. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
