  2. Cook sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
  3. In bowl, whisk eggs. Add milk, sausage, cheese and peppers.
  4. Spray 2½-inch muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Portion egg mixture into each muffin tin. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
