(10-ounce) package frozen puff pastry shells

(12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Sausage

cup egg substitute or 2 eggs, beaten
3/4
cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2
cup cooked and chopped broccoli
fresh chopped chives, if desired

Cook puff pastry shells according to package .

Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble and cook in hot skillet approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

In same skillet, pour eggs. Cook until softly scrambled; stir in 1/4 cup cheese, reserve sausage and broccoli. Fill each puff pastry shell with turkey sausage mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Place on baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with fresh chives, if desired.
