- 6 portabella mushroom caps, cleaned and stems removed
- ¼ cup prepared roasted tomato sauce
- ½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 small onion, grilled and diced
- ¾ pound diced JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce inside each mushroom cap.
- Sprinkle with cheese, onion and turkey. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
