(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties

slices pepper Jack cheese

whole grain hamburger bun, split

tablespoons guacamole

Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. For crispier bacon; Lightly spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray before heating bacon. Always cook to well-done. Set aside.

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. Preheat skillet over medium heat.

Place burger patties in hot skillet. Cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Place cheese on turkey burger during the last 5 minutes of heating to melt cheese.

On bottom half of bun, spread guacamole.

Place turkey burger with melted cheese on guacamole and top with turkey bacon. Add bun top.
