- 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
- ½ cup thinly sliced bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 8 slices rye bread
- 12 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® All Natural Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
- In medium bowl, combine cabbage, bell pepper, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Top 4 slices of bread with cabbage mixture, turkey and remaining bread slices.
