To make cranberry spread, in small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice and cream cheese; set aside.
To make batter, in medium bowl, whisk together milk, ½ cup liquid eggs, water and vanilla.
In medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, sugar and baking powder. Make well in center. Add milk mixture; mix to smooth batter.
To make sandwiches, heat flat griddle. Dip each bread slice in batter. Cook on griddle 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden.
Spread half the bread slices with cranberry mixture. Top with scrambled eggs, bacon and turkey. Top with remaining battered bread slices. Cook in heated Panini press or two-sided grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
Cut sandwich in half. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange on plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
