  1. Cook turkey according to package directions. Always cook to well done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Shred turkey; set aside.
  2. In blender put chipotle pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic; blend until smooth.
  3. Spread each bread slice with mayonnaise mixture. Top with avocado, turkey, roasted pepper and cheese. Place on baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
