(20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra LeanTurkey Breast Tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces
cup low-sodium chicken broth
tablespoons dry sherry
tablespoons oyster sauce
tablespoon soy sauce
tablespoon vegetable oil
teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
garlic cloves, minced
ounces broccoli florets
cup chopped garlic chives
cup almonds, toasted
rice, if desired
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place tenderloins in hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Add ⅓ cup liquid. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, 35 to 40 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
In medium bowl, combine broth, sherry, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.
Heat wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add broccoli, chives, turkey and sauce mixture. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Stir in almonds.
Serve over rice, if desired.
