Ingredients

  • 1 (7-ounce) package small shell pasta
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt
  • ⅓ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon chicken flavored bouillon granules
  • 2 cups cubed JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup halved grapes
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
  2. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice and bouillon granules; mix well. In large bowl, combine pasta, cubed turkey breast, apple, celery, grapes and parsley. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts. Chill until ready to serve.
