Ingredients

  • DILL DRESSING
  • ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • TURKEY PASTA SALAD
  • 3 cups bow-tie pasta
  • 1 (10-ounce) jar artichokes, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups cubed leftover JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Turkey
  • 1 cup sweet red peppers strips, drained
  • ⅓ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

Directions

  1. To make dill dressing, in small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, dill and garlic.
  2. To make turkey pasta salad, cook pasta as specified on the package. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water; drain well.
  3. In large bowl, toss pasta, artichokes, tomatoes, turkey, peppers, olives and onion. Drizzle with dressing; gently toss.
